N20 Problem with Home Assistant Conection

suggest you download KCS v3 firmware, enable MQTT auto discovery for home assistant, will be easy integrate to home assistant.

I followed the steps and I still can't connect it to Home Assistant. It appears in ESPHomeBuilder but with an error.

I can access the device via web 192.168.3.78 (dhcp) but never via kinconyn20.local. Why doesn't it work?
