KC868 H32 - help - needed firmware

Starting PLC K868 H32

I saw that is the problem when I turn off supply on short time for example ~ 1 min brake and powered on - then PLC not activated earlier powered outputs and I couldn't activate mannually outputs.

I must disconnect power supply only for PLC ( others modules are powered) and powered on - in this case start working correctly as You see on video.

--- New remarks 

After long time - few hours of unpowered (PLC , extended board , RS232 duplicator) - and powered again - PLC start working normally. Is is a problem with short unpowered break.
