RTC stop working with button cell

Thai you for the recommendations. I have followed the steps, uncommitted the set up the time and I get :
The time is: 2165-165-165-165-165-85

When I remove the cell everything is fine. I get:
The time is: 2023-07-21-09-53-51
Anything else I can try?
