next 2 E16v2 is conected the same and powered by second power supply the same way.

if you use two power supply, you should connect two power supply's GROUND together. why not use one big current power supply? such as DC12V 7A

Yes i think it will resolve this issue 

How much power I should delivery for a64 + 4 e16?

4x 16 x 0,5w =32 W 
A64 20 w
60 w? 

Why you propose 100w ? In our previous conversation I asked about power supply and you said that it’s ok to power it up like this. If one bigger will be better I will change .


but still it’s super slow and sometime not refreshing the status ?

because of all relay ALL ON at the same time, instantaneous current is very high. But now just connect your two power supply GROUND together for testing firstly.
