maybe you need check the mqtt addon, it showed "not loaded", because you have changed Raspberry IP, enter the mqtt addon, update the ip address to new.

We restored the original HA configuration yaml, and the HA mqtt output devices loaded. We brought back the updated version and it is no longer working. So, the problem is from the update of the configuration, so how do we added the new entry. Find enclosed file for our new entry, which was show green.

i have said, it's mqtt addon config problem. yaml file no problem. just enter your photo mqtt ico, re config it.

I do not understand "just enter your photo mqtt ico, re config it" . This is the first time we are working with your device, so a good step by step will help minimize the to and fro.

You need to explain what is photo mqtt ico, where to enter it,  and where to re config the stuff, please

if you without any home assistant basic skill, just beginner, suggest you learn from home asssistant webpage step by step. we are not home assistant teacher.
there is a good tool Google, many question can search by Google.
