Sorry, I'm not using KCS firmware for the A6 board.

I flashed the A6 board with a basic yaml file downloaded from ESP Home support pages.

So I only need to add to the yaml file the correct lines in order to:
  • enable RS485 using MODBUS-RT,
  • setting address, baudrate, parity, stopbit and so on...

Could you show me the details? Thanks in advance

I was able to find the config.txt file on my Sd card and set enable_uart=1 
Unfortunately trying to disable Linux Uart console I go to the homeassistant terminal and when I try the command 

sudo raspi-config 

I get the message command not found.

Any hint for this step?

where you installed home assistant software? raspberry pi?
which home assistant firmware you have installed?

home assistant installed onto KC868-Server Mini with CM4 and SD card.

the firmware installed was
haos_rpi4-64-7.4.img

At the moment I have
Home Assistant Core 2024.7.0
          Supervisor 2024.06.2
          Operating System 12.4
          Frontend 20240703.0
