Your blue relay's A1 should connect to GND, not 12V.

Made the change but still can not get the relay to work, as previously stated i do think its something to do with my tasmota as when i turn the outputs on or off, no lights on the pcb light up.

take a photo how you wire now.
suggest you download KCS firmware for a testing firstly. if KCS firmware work well, that means hardware PCB is well, then check with your tasmota.

So i tried KCS firmware, im not to sure how to manually force the outputs but using IFTTT and turning Output 1 Off and On, the relay works. Which means it must be something to do with Tasmota firmware, can you attach a known working firmware for the  KC868_A16
