H32B firmware download tool on Windows 11

Hello Kincony,

Do you have a working version of firmware download tool for Windows 11?

I'm getting an error message when I click on "Open Serial Port" in  "KC868 Controller Bootloader.exe" GUI on Windows 11.

Yes of course. And I'm using the same cable with TeraTerm and Putty to open a serial console to Switches and routers.

No I don't have any remote connectivity tool on my computer (and will not install). Also I'm not using whatsapp and we are in a verry different time zone.

Anyway the cable is working with anything else (routers , switches) on Windows 11 and is working on Windows 10 with the H32B, but not on Windows 11.

Actually I just downgraded the driver to version 3.4.2014.8 instead of the one which was installed from Windows update (3.8.2023.2). Seems that the latest driver of CH340 is broken on the Windows 11 update. At least it is not working with the bootloader tool on Windows 11.

So solution was to downgrade the driver to 3.4.2014.8.

I solved same problem by uninstaling default driver and installing driver from this page: https://sparks.gogo.co.nz/ch340.html

One more question. If I update the firmware will it keep the configuration settings or it will reset everything to default?
