Need help with configuration of multiple controllers in the same house
#1
Hello admin,
I am before the installation of the following equipment at my house.
2 × KC868-AK ESP32
2 × KC868-H32B Pro 32
1 × KC868- Colb (old ver)
1 × KC868-SERVER
1× KC868-E16v2 connect to server
I have the equipment divided between 2 electrical boxes, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor according to the following division KC868-AK ESP32 and KC868-H32B Pro 32 on the first floor and the rest of the equipment on the ground floor are all connected by communication - RJ45 RS 485 and RS232
My questions are:
1.How is there a way to configure that the button in the KC868-AK ESP32 on the ground floor will turn on a light that is connected to the relay in KC868-H32B Pro on the first floor (If possible without an internet connection)

2.how do I configure that the remaining 4 inputs in the KC868-AK ESP32 of the ground floor that is connected to KC868-H32B Pro  will activate a relay that is on the server

3.Is there tuya support for the KC868-SERVER if not how can such support be added

1. download KCS v2 firmware to KC868-AK, customize define protocol to control H32B Pro's relay by HTTP command. you can set IFTTT, let KC868-AK's button TRIGGER send customize HTTP command to H32B Pro. Just make sure your H32B Pro and KC868-AK connect with same router, in same local network.

2. as same as item-1.

3. KC868-Server not support use Tuya app, it's mainly use in local network without internet.

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my KC868-A4S relay controller. When I connect the device to a PC via a USB-C cable, the PC does not recognize it. The red light on the device turns on when it is powered, but there’s no indication that the USB-C connection is active.
I’ve attached a photo showing the device powered on with the red light, but the USB-C connection does not seem to establish communication with the PC.
Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue?
Thank you for your assistance!

you can check with this video tour, it use by same way: https://youtu.be/Q4gCo-Kf8bM
it use KC868-AG wirless remote to control H32B Pro's relay. as same as use digital input to TOGGLE H32B Pro's relay.

Hello admin,
is it possible to do what you presented in the post using the rs485 or rs 232 protocol and not via ethernet because I want to use it for mqtt and prefer not to use wifi
if it is possible I would love to receive a link for an example

Hello admin,
I tried to configure the components according to the links you attached and unfortunately I could not find how to configure the ak to turn on or off the relay using RS485.
I have attached pictures of the configuration of each component.
can you please attach an example of how to configure the customsize protocol for RS485
so that the relay Number one in H32B PRO can be turned on by button number 1 in AK and relay number 2 in Server turned on by button number 2 in AK
and what The RS-485 syntax

KCS v2 use IFTTT to control relay board.
here is RS485 modbus command document: https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=2528
if you only use KC868-AK to control H32B relay controller.  i suggest you download this original firmware, easy to use.
