Hi
I came across these OMRON relay modules with 32 channels. It can save lots of space in the power distribution box. Much more compact than using 24 channels module + 8 channels module. What do you think? Will you consider selling these in your store? I would prefer to buy your products, as I trust your quality more than some random store online. Hence I ask here first.
A picture is attached below. Here is an example of such a product: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001855288063.html (hope it's fine to share here a link)
Technical design considerations:
* Its length is 300mm, while the 16-channel module (sold on KinCony store) length is 248mm - so it's just 5cm longer - very acceptable. There are 16 relays in each line (exactly like the 16-channels module), but there is an extra control connectors strip on the side - that's why the extra 5cm is needed.
* Its height is 120mm, while the H32B* modules are 117mm high - very reasonable!
* Even though the product in the example uses 10A relays (G2R-1), still the G2R-1-E relays (16A as used by KinCony's 16-channels module) can also be used in the 32-channels module design. Both kinds (G2R-1 for 10A and G2R-1-E for 16A) have the same width (13mm) & length (29mm), and hence the same relay socket dimensions.
* I don't think the relays produce too much heat to be any problem placing them close to each other. Please fix me if I'm wrong.
Thanks!
