It is possible Export IFTTT settings, but can not Load saved setting files. When developing more projects it is necessary Load saved previous IFTTT from file.
When will add this feature? I use new software version 1.0.18

Know that, PC software export IFTTT in ifttt....txt on DATA folder
It is not question. 
Please try see next situation:
1) develop the project A:  not finished but like export and save my IFTTT control conditions (entered for example 30 conditions)
2) develop the project B:  Export (Save) it as project B (should select/enter project file name during Save As)
3) wish continue define project A. How import (Load) Project A. I not see how we can do it in current software version.
It is unthinkable that I enter all relations again.  Everybody need options read from file.

There are some more suggestions for KC868-COL software: 
1) Why reason read Number per Number, should be 50 times. Why not read all Numbers in one step.
2) Why in drop down menu write NumberXX, but in relations it has name ChannelXX, see picture. Suggest use ChannelXX (this is IFITTT standard use)
3) Why in Config file not stored for example default parameters, for example every time when start program default temperature unit is 'F' If one time change in 'C' why not stored my default. 
4) Syntax and readability is problematic, see example:

 Condition1:  TemperatureInType:[ Channel<Channel01>  HoldTime<0,1S>    TriggerCondition< >= >  Threshold<30,00℃>  ]
TriggerCondition is special unclear, why not:

 Condition1:  TemperatureInType:[ Channel(Channel01)  HoldTime(0,1S)    TriggerCondition( >= )  Threshold(30,00℃)  ]

Please consider this suggestions, and try implement. Software will be much more useable.

Mean next: (Suppose I already defined more Channel conditions for example 10. Number01 - Number10.
When power on my computer and start Kincony KC868-COL software, make Connect and go to IFTTT 
- See Screen IFTTT configuration Empty. 
- If like see any of defined need manualy read Numbers one per one. Why not be one Read do transfer all from COL controller to computer, and when change Numbers, automatic seen entered conditions, without permanent read, read, read...
As Condition editor, I understand you have intention make IFTTT generator. It is OK a lot similar software push same principle. Also almost all allow directly enter my condition as well edit in editor as Notepad
For example why need use your system condition entry, if I wish dirrect write commands, as:
IF EventXX Then Execute That.
or concrete:
IF Temp(1) => 45 Then Relay(10)=ON
(Maybe you oriented just to end users who use it for own purpose and don't have programming knowledge. I suppose there are a lot your clients who offer Smart housing as projects and implementation)

About 4 suggestions:

1) because our software design for user easy to use, I think you are engineer,you can write script by notepad,it's good for you, but we want config more easy, so that not need have program skill. Just like MS-DOS and Windows OS. We design UI interface for user to set IFTTT command, just chose items for option.

2) This can change text in next version.

3) This can remember the unit of temperature in next version.

4) This can change text in next version. < replace with ( , > replace with )

about the export and import function, our engineer need consider it, it's not easy.

1) Yes you are in right, my sugestion is support both cases: Prepare conditions by offered options, and Edit that by Text  Editor.
If possible add in right click menu: Edit what should enable direct edit in text. For example if need change temperature from 30C to 35C, curently need delete condition and make new with 35C.

And thanks for understanding, hope step by step this system should grow up.
