Help H32B Reset

Hello.

I need to know how to completely reset the H23B, Seria number H32B200812520, I don´t have access to it and I can´t configure it for WEB access.
It´s very old firmware, and never been done, which if you have i want update.
I couldn´t find the manual or the PC software on the website kincony.

I can çog in to the AP with it, put a fixed IP but in the apps I can´t do anything, in addition I lost the kincony server password, if they couldo reset. Tanks

do you have download firmware to the KC868-H32L controller? then become can't find IP address?
i think you not need to update firmware, just use Vircom tool to find out the controller's IP, vircom download link:

make sure your controller and computer connect to same router.

Hello, I can access by vircom, change the IP puts in UDP and or TCP Server and make it work only via the PC program.
With Smart Home and Kbox applications it doesn't work, and the IP is correct, port 4196 and 5555 are released on the router.
It only works on PC.
my account on the server is rwcidade, there is a way to reset it, because the password I use is the wrong password.

I would like to update to the latest firmware if you have it and the correct model

if your password is correct, you can delete phone app cache, will be ok.
if you forgot the password, please send your controller photo and your account to email: hificat@163.com we will reset for you.

if use KBOX app, network mode mode need set to "TCP Server"
if want to use "KinCony smart home" app, need set to "UDP", that use by cloud server.

ok, when cleaning the cache worked, but when adding the device, it does not appear in the APP, even through the QR code,

it gives the message added, but it does not appear.

because you have already add the controller to your another account.
one controller only can add to one account.
i can't see your controller QRcode. you can send email to us to check which account you have added. just use that account to login.
