KC868-COL

Hello everyone 

I am beginner, and i can't connect my KC868 COL to the LAN, the vircom can't find the device. The controller is connected to the LAN. 
can someone help me ?

take a photo, how you connect line. what's version of your KC868-COL ? wifi or ethernet ?

Hello 

Today i arrive to install the new version AD SAMPLE V 1.0.18 201202. Yesterday i had a problem with my usb /serial cable. Picture 01.

The system is connected only with LAN between the router the KC868 COL and the PC.

After updating the software i connecte with the kincony smart board controller but nothing changed. Picture 2. And after connecteing it will disconnecte alone after few  minutes.  

Also i joined Picture 03 the device setting.

I connecte the temperature sensor to the KC 868 COL but i can't read it also.

1.after your download the firmware, you click "RUN" button on the download tool or re power on, after 5 seconds will begin to work.

2.you press "Refresh" button for read data or use "autoreport" funtion? if "Refresh" , you can set the time for 2000ms. if use "AutoReportON" , you need set the "variation value".

   

3. firmware version is seen in the KC868-COL PC software window. Not in vircom tool window, that version is the ethernet module version, not for COL's.

Hello Admin

Excuse me but till now i can't connect my KC868 COL. i describe you step by step how i am trying to connect it.

1- The COL and the PC are connected to the Router. via cables.
2- I lunch vircom and find the IP of the device. I put DHCP Mode and TCP SERVER.
3- I lunch the PC controller software and enter the IP shown in the vircom and also the port.
The controller is not connecteted the board version of the controller is not shown and it will disconnect automatically after several seconds. 

Also if you can tell me how to upgrade the firmware of the controller and which software i have to use to install the upgrade version.

Your COL IP is 192.168.1.33 so you need set IP =192.168.1.33 in COL's PC software, but now you have fill ip = 192.168.1.34, it's wrong.

Your COL is work as a server, your PC is a client, PC connect to COL, not COL connect to PC.

When it's connected the board version must appear on the controller PC software? 

I tried also the IP 192.168.1.33 same result. How can i verify that it's connected ? it's normal that he disconnect automatically after few seconds?
