first of all, sorry for my english, i hope that you can understand what I want to say.
I buy the KC868-A16, it arrives ok.
I want to install esphome, but always the same error, timeout.
Some times seems to start to install but, timeout again. I tried with your usb and I tried with mine, the same, timeout.

Thank you, you solved very fast.
The problem was the RF, I remove that from the board and esphome installed 100%
