yes, all power suplly's "GROUND" should connected together.

I connected the 24V(-) power supply of AIO with 5V(-) power supply of led strip and all works fine now.

i think your config yaml is wrong, chosed wrong chip type. it's not AVR.

I resolved the issue by reinstalling home assistant and added and ssd extention via USB to compute module and i moved all the data to ssd. 

Now all working smooth.
