Problem in H32B and terminal swich board connected

I can't control H32B 
It is not responding neither by terminal switchboard push button nor using ip address of controller.

did you connect the  RC snuber  at the output? if you don't add this one ,the H32B will suddenly stop work when you control it ,you should restart the power every time

Can you find the IP address of the device? Is it possible to open the parameter configuration page by IP address?
