KC868-COLB Password Error After Firmware Update

I updated the firmware of my COLB to V1.8 and I can't login via ethernet after this.
I used "admin" / "admin" for user / password and always shows "user or password error!" message.

How can I proceed to fix this?

you can try to use user name: admin password:admin
or
user name: admin password: (null,not input any words)

if you input admin admin ?
if also can't login, give us your whatsapp number, we use teamviewer remote help you.

Yes, I've tried admin admin and admin null also.

I've sent a private message with my whatsapp number.

ok, tomorrow when we work will contact you.
when you try to use user name: admin for login, do you input the password is "null"? my means is not input any words.

Long press the Ethernet mode button for about 5 seconds(3 indicators will be on), release the finger and wait for COLB to restart. The account and password will be admin/admin
