No ethernet available
#1
Hi,

I have my KC868-AIO connected to KC868-E16-V2.
It is connected via Ethernet to Home Assistant server.

It was working smoothly, was working fine after many power off situations at home.
Today I had to reset all electricity power at home off and after couple of seconds on and I lost my KC868-AIO - its ethernet does not work (based on the lights on the ethernet plug). It does not have any IP, scanned all the IPs in the local network, probably the ESP32 board died?

I do not know how to debug my KC868-AIO to see any error messages and to see if the ethernet board on KC868-AIO is broken?
Or do you have any experience what might be the issue? Could it just resetted to factory settings? In the factory settings it would not have ethernet output working?

Do you know how to debug it via USB? What tool to use to see the logs? What tool to see the errors? And check if ESP32 is alive?

Thank you.
No video needed because all lights are off.
Tried with multiple ethernet cables, routers.

after you download firmware, re power on of your board, then check ethernet whether begin work? if can't work , post your esphome yaml file at here, we can have a test.
