Tuya Controller
#1
IFTTT is set up to give my output port 1 an ON state, and when I press a momentary switch to input 1, output 1 turns OFF for ten (10S) seconds before turning back on. Using a 433MHz remote controller or my momentary switch, this function operates well. However, I am unable to access these input buttons through my Tuya mobile application when using it. Additionally, pressing output button 1 changes the state to ON/OFF, but it doesn't do it automatically (switching from On - OFF to ON after 10 seconds). How am I going to accomplish this? Furthermore, how can I use my hand to input data into the Tuya mobile application?

2)  Also, kindly advise me on how to operate the KC868-A16 PCB using PC and mobile KBox software. Please outline the actions we must take to resolve it.

1. Tuya app's INPUT state ico, that ONLY use for monitor state, NOT let your finger TOUCH it to change INPUT state. if you want change INPUT state, you should use a push button short digital input port with GND, just begin of the video , you have done.

2. if you want to use KBOX mobile phone app. You need enable "TCP Server" protocol in KCS firmware. Then config KC868-A16 board's IP address and port in KBOX phone app.

1) Thank you for the guidance. I had followed the measures you mentioned above. According to the attached photo, I have already added my KC868-A16 PCB to my KBox mobile application. When I switches the switch states (ON/OFF) using my phone, I am unable to observe any differences from my A16 PCB outputs. Please let me know where I went wrong during the configuring process.

2) Additionally, kindly give me some advice. Why was the Windows PC KBox application was not supported for the KC868-A16 PCB?

1. because your mobile is using 4G, if use KBOX , you should use wifi. Your mobile phone and KC868-A16 board should connect to same router. KBOX work in local network.

2. Windows KBOX app use for 32 channel board. i suggest use web browser in PC to control ON/OFF.

1)  I disconnected my 4G wireless and mobile data, connected exclusively via mobile wifi, and removed the KC868-a16 PCB's LAN cord. Before removing the cable, I changed the PCB's wifi setting to "STA" and attempted to use the KBox mobile application, but unfortunately It was unsuccessful.

2)  I unplugged my 4G wireless and mobile data, only using my mobile wifi, and removed the KC868-A16 PCB's LAN cable. Before removing the cable, I changed the PCB's wifi setting from "AP" to "Test with KBox mobile application." Next, I opened my web browser on my mobile and used my default IP and Port number to connect the A16 PCB and control the KC868-A16 module. However, I was still unable to access the KBox mobile app. Would you kindly advise me on the progress I've made?

3) I appreciate your suggestion to avoid controlling my KC868-A16 module using the KBox Windows software.

4)  By the way, could you help tell me how to utilize the KC868-A16 module to operate two doors as part of an interlock system? Kindly let me know how to provide the IFTTT setups.

1)  I created a brief video of the KBox mobile app with the KC868-A16 controller configuration per your request. Please let me know where I went wrong.

From the below link you can download the configuration video.

1. i have checked your video.

your tcp server's port is wrong. you are using port:80 NO, 80 use for http, so it's conflict, for example: you can set port to 4196. second, do you want your mobile phone connect to A16's AP wifi directly without router? why don't set to STA mode, let your A16 connect to your router by wifi?

2. this is a demo config IFTTT for GSM video tour: https://youtu.be/ddP1w8C958I

1)  I appreciate your assistance. I have changed the KBox mobile app to the same state and have set the port number to 4196. I have also changed my settings to STA mode. Both are operating without issue. I have connected the KBox software to my Windows PC, albeit there is currently a small hiccup. The main problem was that, although I could view the output status from the mobile KBox app after refreshing it, the PC KBox app would not update in real time because this software did not have a refresh button. Please download the video from the following link for further information.

i have said: KBOX PC version only use for 32 channel output board. A16 is 16 channel, not use by KBOX PC software.
