can't connected to lan at first switch on brand new card

Good morning all,
I have just received brand new K868-A16 Rev:1.6 and connected to routeur 
scan ip give address at 192.168.1.200. with mac: ec:c9:ff:b5:f3:6f
I ping this address:
ping 192.168.1.200
PING 192.168.1.200 (192.168.1.200): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 192.168.1.200: icmp_seq=0 ttl=255 time=6.079 ms
My problem : web ui 192.168.1.200:80 reply This site is inaccessible
192.168.1.200 does not allow connection.
I have scan this address with UDP Scan from 0 to 65535 without nothing open
So I can't go any further. I have check on forum but without any success
How i can first connect to my new K868-A16 or the first time which is so far a nice useless brick

Many thanks for your reply, No I haven't flash by firmware . I had not imagined that the card could be delivered without any firmware installed. Now the most complicated thing will be to find how to flash the ES32, I do not have a computer under Windows just Macbook. Buying a computer under Windows just to flash a card is a bit expensive even second hand computer isn't it? I will look ...

Thanks for your patience and your prompt assistance, I am installing bootcamp on a mac to have windows fully oeprative, on other virtual windows your scan soft doesn't work very well. so I am impatient to test your Kinlkony board.

another way, ESP32 have python tool, it can download firmware on MAC OS by python command line mode.

Thanks, yes I have already downloaded several firmware on ESP32 with my mac in python command line mode with a usb=serial adapter, it's an idea I thought of. I will have to look at the schematics of the card to know how to access the terminals of the ESP32 to download the firmware unless the download is possible via the USB port of the card?

Thank you very much for your remarkable assistance. Finally flashing the firmware is remarkably easy (with Windows !!) and I flashed my KC838-A16 rec 1.6 card with the latest firmware 3.3. Unfortunately after the flash no more LAN connection, no more IP address on Ip scan! (I am wrong for A16 is 2.2.7) By searching on your very good forum I found a user who seemed to have the same LAN problem and your answer indicated the firmware V2.2.2 that I downloaded and flashed and there miracle LAN came back with an open IP address and since then I navigate in the setup of this excellent card. Everything is perfect, thank you again. finaly I update with 2.2.7, fine !!

yes, the newest KCS v2 firmware for KC868-A16 board is v2.2.7
