Hello , i experience the same problem, i installep KC868-AP to use with RGBW 24 led strip and channel 13 is permanently supplyed with 24 V and the led strip is not turning off. could you advise please?
I have another KC868-AP with same config file and all RGBW led strips are working fine.

maybe channel 13 mosfet is broken, need replace.

Could you help with more details , which part need to be replaced ? I just commissioned the unit and found this issue.

if you can replace this mosfet , chip:20N06 you can replace by yourself. if you can't solve, tell us your order number, we will re send you a new AP PCB.

I replaced the part and now works ok. 
I didn’t find the same mosfet and I installed another model TK110P10PL which is 100 V 60 A, I think that won’t be a problem
