oh, i see, this is not our official store. they are our agent. you can contact with seller, if have bought <3 months. tell seller to re send you a new PCB.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm having same issue. No luck on linux or mac though I can get other esp32 devices recognized.

sometimes need change usb-c cable, use high quality usb-c cable.
