this order number can't find in our official store. you have not buy from official store, maybe buy from our agent. So you can contact with seller re send a new pcb to you.

I flashed KCS_KC868_A16_V2.2.13 firmware on KC868-A16 with the flashtool. Then when I tried to scan the with UDP_SCAN_LIST I do not find the device. I realized that the ethernet port light are off, and my cable is well connected to the router. How can I fix it? can you help me?

after download firmware, re power on of your board. take a photo of your board.
