N30 Energy entry not working and power entry is wrong - Vega - 12-22-2025

Hi,

Somehow the Energy entry does not work.
There is current, voltage, power, frequency and also energy sum, but no energy per device.
I'm using these  CT clamps https://shop.kincony.com/products/25a-cu...s=e&_v=1.0

Why is there no Energy displayed per device? Can you help me?

There are some errors in the yaml file here https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=8647
There were strange characters or weird spaces in the file, did need to correct that otherwise ESPHome didn't wanted to apply it.
Also indentation of some of the filters was of (not a problem for ESPHome).

Also Power is not correct displaying, on port 3 there is a 100W lamp
That is 0,434A with 230V
Power on port 3 should be 100W not 52,9W

And stil no Energy

For now I only used the original yaml code for the first mod bus controller bl0910_1_???

Not only is the Energy not showing but also the Power entety is wrong

can you test with KCS v3 firmware firstly?

I did but that is also not working

There is stil no Energy reading, the power entry is sort of ok. Using still the same 100W lamp.

Waited a long time for this new energy meter, bought also additional stuff for the new setup and now finding out it not working, do I need to return it and buy somthing else?

you load is 104w, how many time your load worked, but no energy data? such as after 1 hour or 1 day?

With the KCS v3 firmware about two hours

With ESPHome more than a week

please use a large current load for testing. such as heater.

I don not have a heater but we have an oven.

Ch 1 oven
Ch 2 induction coocker
Ch 3 induction coocker

Oven was running for an hour, still NO Energy

Did not touch the Power Factor changed all on its own

Still nothing. No Energy readings

Power Factor is now a random number.
