Hi, is there a way to use any of the GPIOs of this board to connect a Wiegand reader?

if you config by ESPHome, you can use wiegand reader.
if you want use KCS firmware, only KCS v3 with KC868-A16v3 PCB support to use wiegand directly.

sure, you can use 2 of free gpio define for D0 and D1.
