I have a KC868-A16 V3.2 (ESP32-S3) board powered from the supplied 12 V KinCony adapter. I successfully flashed the official A16V3 ESPHome YAML from this forum.
In the ESPHome web page, outputs 1 and 2 show ON (and I also tried all outputs ON), but none of the 16 on-board output indicator LEDs light. No load is connected.
With output 1 ON, I also measure 0 V between output terminal 1 and the red
terminal for the 1–8 bank.
Please confirm the exact required power wiring for both output banks on V3.2, and whether the output LEDs should light with only the board powered and an output switched ON. I can provide photos if needed.
