I don't modify you guys code. I just copied and pasted it. 

Is there any way to get faster respond. I feel like a kind of bad customer service. I spent a lot of money on you guys devices but customer service taking so long. Plus time different. 
Could I have better customer service? Or can you guys installl remotely?
