I managed to find the issue. It was the usb cable that the device was delivered with. After I switched with one of my cables it worked as in the instructions.

Hello,
Is there an easy way to update the firmware without loosing the existing config? What type of battery can be used for RTC clock?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. The new feature is great and congrats for adding that.
At the moment I have v3.18.0 firmware version and from this version to the latest i suspect I have to reflash the board right. This means I will loose all the configs.. Is that right?
Thanks

yes, begin v3.22.0 you can export config file, so after v3.22.0 firmware all will be support BACKUP function. now you update to v3.22.0, re config it , in future never config again.
