Thanks I have installed the firmware and it seems to be behaving as expected now.
However, it only seems to activate the first 8 outputs in Tuya, its not important to me as i only purchased it for project that needed one Tuya input that I could control over ethernet, all the rest is surplus to requirements.
That said, I can see how this board could be useful with my Home assistant I do have varios esp32 boards scattered around the house doing lots of different things but I can see how a few of these units could replace some of these I just need to have a think about what they would improve.
When I get a minute I shall take a look at all the other KinCony boards available too
