Hi Admin,
I believe I've identified the issue. I am using a T64M power PSU DC Power Supply - DC12V 4.5A. This power supply also splits to supply the KC868-E16v2 DIN Rail Relay.
This setup might explain why the COM & NO only voltage reading is 11.6V. Is it possible that this is due to my PSU only being 4.5A?
