F16 relay stopped functioning

Hello,

I have had the F16 for awhile now but over the past few weeks, the relays suddenly stopped working. I can control the relay functions in HA and can hear the click sound of the relay but the lights remained on (the relays are connected to light circuit). When I touch the board it is very hot.Is this normal? How to fix this issue?

I can hear relay click but light still on. The F16 is also hot to touch

you can disconnect relay output wire with load. use multi meter to relay5, when turn on/off, then COM and NO whether is CLOSE and OPEN. just test without load.

relay 5 on = continuity CLOSE 
Relay 5 off = continuity CLOSE

Same problem for relay 3, 7, 8 & 14

when testing on relay 4

Relay 4 on = continuity CLOSE
relay 4 off = continuity open

open the black box, can you exchange relay4 and relay5, test whether is relay broken. F16 use by removable relay, easy to replace.

Ok i think i found my issue. Relay spoil because of voltage. i recently changed from 12v psu to 24V psu because my 12v psu spoil but forgot reay is default 12v. will upgrade to 24v

ok, now just replace with broken relay.
