I have KC868-H8B v2.2
I tried to set up my Poole and Deck for the summer again but I can’t connect with the app(Kbox). I checked and see that the board is connected to the Wi-Fi.
I have set the IP address that is shown on the router and the port is 5555. But it does not react to the app.
How can I get this board working again?

It looks like iPhone is not supported anymore, but I still have the app.
I tried to connect with Windows. Port set to 4196. No success.

I forgot that I can enter the config page that way.
I set this up five years ago and never touched it again. What is the default username and password?
Or how can I reset the username and password?

admin and password was still saved on my computer so I was able to login.
make sure your relay controller and your iPhone connect with same router.
another test way, you can download KBOX android phone app, test whether work well.
Yes it is on the same network as the relay controller.
No I don’t have an android phone where I can test it. I have tested it with the PC app with the same settings, IP and port.
Since the iOS app is not available on the App Store, Could it be that it is blocked?
