1- Any recommendation for 200A ct 35mm dia for m16 / m30. -->OK, i will consider
2- For m16v2, what happens if ct clamp orientation is flipped? I mean the arrow, does it have to point to the electrical load? -->it's same, no problem. it's AC signal.

Not really! just looking for alternative for 32A and compatible with the m30. as I see the DL-CT03CL2.0 support at least 25a.
I will need to see the consume for a 63amp (whole house) with a RS485 meter and 2 for 32amp. The other will be used with DL-CT03CL2.0 because is less or equal of 25amp
Any recommendation?

we have 3 types of CT sensor:
DL-CT03CL2.0 aperture:5mm 0-20A
DL-CT08CL10-2000/1 aperture:8.4mm 0-60A
DL-CT08CHL-2000/1 aperture:14.5mm 0-100A

for CT clamp arrow,
zmpt101b has L,N
so i though they must have same phase or something.

zmpt101b use for detect VOLTAGE, not CURRENT.

How to wire these clamps properly to M16 please? Solder 3,5 jack connector to them?

yes, just cut it , connect to board by two wires.
