G1 connection problem to KC868-A16v3
#1
I get no Test SMS going out via A16v3

Test SMS with standalone G1 worked, so SIM ist OK.

Connected G1 GPIO 13 (TX) with A16v3 GPIO 40 (RX)
Connected G1 GPIO 14 (RX) with A16v3 GPIO 39 (TX)

Network/GSM is enabled on A16v3
GSM Bridge is enabled on G1

What might be wrong?

Now the test message works!
But the regular IFTTT brings no message out.
Must it work without LAN?
BTW, I can not disable WIFI on any device

I continued testing.
After removing the LAN cable the SMS message works with IFTTT
With LAN cable it does not work
Is this normal?

it should work with ethernet or wifi. NOT must need use by wifi.
what power supply you are using for KC868-A16v3 board?

Good power supply for testing, both devices on the same one.

Strange
IFTTT SMS without LAN connection works fine anytime.
Sometimes it does NOT work anymore after LAN connected.
Sometimes it works only 1 time after LAN connected.
Sometimes it works only 2 times after LAN connected.
But Test SMS works allways.
Other IFTTT commands work allways

Don't want to hijack your thread but if you switch wifi to STA mode, you can then disable it correctly.
