do you have installed software for your CM4?
if new controller, there is no firmware. Do you want to install home assistant or Node-red software?

I folowed your youtube instruction, installed home assistant, tried 3 different sd card...

you are using CM4 with eMMC version, so can't use SD card, only can use eMMC. if you use CM4 lite version, you can use SD card.
