M30 isn't working properly?

Hi!

I got to testing with my newly purchased devices and it seems like my M30 is not working properly. I powered it up, but LED's don't light up and network adapter don't show any LED's as well
PSU is lit red and RUN is blinking 

I made little video as well :

because you need to download KCS firmware by USB-C cable firstly.

Thanks, I've been working on Arduino projects for a while, but you've definitely made a video or posted somewhere about how to upload it - the computer recognized the device beautifully on port COM8 - what next?

ok seems I need some hint - where I find latest version to my M30 - to upload, it over the KSC to my device ?
