Problem with KC868-A16 Firmware

Hi, I have a problem with KC868-A16 board. I can't log in to the board. Firmware installation performed in accordance with the guide returns information as shown in the attached screenshots. The LAN port LEDs do not light up. I can't log in to the board.

what could be the cause? where to start?

all are wrong. you just download one firmware BIN file at address 0x0

I try to make flash because, i couldn't load my project in Arduino IDE and I get that kind of fault:
I try also with other ports and other cables.

when download firmware, make sure you have removed RF 433M receiver.
