Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to use the RS485 port to receive the reading data from a pzem 017 dc to integrate with the Home Assistant using MQTT. Thanks.

no, the RS485 of H32BS is "slave" mode, use for integrate by other "master" device.

I have a Kincony energy meter and a COLB device, the data flows in to COLB but cannot use in Home Assistant without the above mentioned Node-Red flow.

if you use Node-Red on raspberry pi, i suggest you use a USB-RS485 adapter, let pi connect with kincony power energy meter directly, the meter use by MODBUS protocol , easy to integrate with home assistant, not need via COLB.
