tuya license not support alexa now, it's according to Tuya platform, but we will try to developing "KCS" , let it support alexa directly in furture.

Now I try to Nearest region India but device off line shows in tuya aap

one tuya license only use for one region, can't change to another location.
tuya license solution not support alexa and google home now. it's according to tuya service. we will try to another way to support voice control in furture.

check your tuya app acount is which server location. this need as same as your tuya licence server location.
