I connected temperature sensor. But the relay doesn't work

which board you are using?
what firmware you are using?
what setting you have config?
if you want ask one question, please tell us details.

I'm using KC868-A8M controller and KCS V2 firmware.
I set if temperature higher than 20'c, then fan rotated by output 1 relay.
 But it doesn't work when temperature higher than 20'c.
(output 1 relay bound with temperature sensor)
