When flashing this firmware(   tasmota_KC868-A6-20221128.zip (Size: 997.56 KB / Downloads: 270)), this is the console output.

I flashed with ESP-Flasher, and this is the start screen:

So, no inputs, outputs or analog channels shown.

After adding the template from https://templates.blakadder.com/kincony_KC868-A6.html  the start page looks the same.

I thought, when flashing the provided firmwware, it should run out-of-the-box. Are there any further instructions, I might have missed after flashing to get all input, outputs and analog values?

For me this is interesting for A6 and A16 without display and without LoRa.
