KC868-COLB Problem

Hi for all
please help me :
I have KC868-COLB new one , i connect Ethernet Cable for first time and all Software are working find , then all RUN , Ethernet and WIFI Leds gowing Off and not working at all 
I tried to reset the Network Mode but still not working , only power and WIFI reset Leds On .
I Appreciation for answering .

I bought a KC868-COLB device and when I received it I tried it and it worked well. I connected to it from the computer via Ethernet and via Wi-Fi and all the LEDs worked well and I could PING well.
But after two hours or more, only the POWER LED ON and no other work
I can no longer PING and all the remaining LEDs are no longer working
I Tried to reset Ethernet Mode and reset WIFI without any result , I Still Can't Ping and IP Scan also not find it.
please assist us to solve this Problem
note : i have not connect any device or any connection ecpect 12VPower Supply and Ethernet Cable .

when you bought the COLB? can you take a CPU photo, i want to see chip model. (the biggest CHIP). i think need download firmware again.
