tuya adapter lost code

i bought 2 new tuya adapter,

first one, i puch the reset button and lost the code in esp chip.

the second one, i tried to dowload the firmeware which support tcp connection, i did the steps as described in this link https://www.kincony.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=2339
but it didnt work. i tried to search the wifi of tuya by my laptob, and can't see it!!!

which model you are using? do you use tuya adapter V2?
V1 and V2 use by different firmware. what do you want to do with tuya adapter? work with which relay controller model?

I use Tuya adapter v1 work with H32B
And another Tuya adapter v1 work with H32L
