It seems like there are only a few options for a jumper, why not just tell us ?
None the less here is another video I have had to make, download, and then upload and share
Please take the device back for a refund.

I had asked this and was told yes....I have a few R Pis running Home Assistant instances and they all power via USB C . The power supply I am using is designed for R Pi4 and does provide 12V and 2 amps. The jumper apparently is for this purpose but its only 3 pins so it can only be 2 positions or a 3rd option I suppose is no jumper ?
Cheers

Raspberry Pi 4 is powered at 5V. If you have a power supply that works on a RPI4, it has to be 5V, and I doubt it will power the Kincony board.

thats right, I meant 5V 2A....wish this information were easy to find though, didnt think I could put 12V into the R pi USB c ? Probaly what it is though.
Thanks again
