hello, i have a question about the relay board

I watched YouTube and connected the relay controller to the app. 
But when I press the switch on the app, there is no relay operation sound and the LED light does not turn on.
My board is old 8CH.
Please help me

I have two controllers, H8B and H8W,
I watched kincony youtube to do the test.
I connected it to the app, but there's no LED light and relay operation sound.
There was a reaction in the datalog when I pressed the switch, so I checked it and it seems to be a normal response.

We used the tuya app and also used ESP32 Tuya IoT Adapter V2

ok, if you use by tuya adapter v2, just do as this video:

make sure you have set the network mode = TCP Server using Vircom tool.
