Good day support
We are using one of the Kincony controllers(Frimware H16B_V4.35) and we are facing some issues with communication stability. We have the below device in production.
I can constantly get a ping reply from the device on its local IP address. Yet I lose communication with the TCP port 7000. When this happens I can not send remote commands to the device. To get the device to respond to the TCP port 7000 again. I have to perform one of the following actions.
- Reboot the controller
OR
- Remove the RJ-45 connector and re-seat the connector
Once I have completed 1 of the steps mentioned above, I can get a response from TCP port 7000. My issue is that this happens 20-30 times a day and I can not keep rebooting the device.
Please can you assist me in resolving this issue?
