KC868-A16 Tasmota

what are the steps to start Tasmota on KC868-A16  rev.1.6 ESP32-Wroom-32E.
I started automatic install from Tasmota site:
Install Tasmota
Finally I got Tasmota installed, but the outputs do not work.

take a photo of your KC868-A16 board, how you wrie, maybe you have not connect power to "12V" label on PCB. there are two green socket pin showed "12V".
