Hi everyone ❤️,
I am from Nepal and will start building my new house this month. another controller, which is best for 2 floors, there are many channels needed for 50 channel need for 2 floors
I already have a KinCony AIO controller and would like to plan the smart home wiring before construction begins.
I have attached my floor plan. Could you please suggest:
  • Best switch type (momentary/dry contact)
  • I want to bypass the switch also
  • I place the floor-wise DB box and want to install it
  • Recommended sensors (presence, motion, door, water leak, smoke, etc.)
  • RS485 wiring recommendations
  • Any important things I should install now for future expansion
Any suggestions or examples would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much! ?

By the way, I lived in Japan. If any person from Nepal wants to import easily,

i think every floor you can make a smart DB. just you need calculate the channels, then chose BxM series smart controller + DC contactor.
