i need help on the KC868-COLW logical controller. in my house i was using IP 192.168.1.xxx. When i purchase the KC868-COLW logical controller i did the setup. It has been some time since i set it up. I now need to do a reset as the KC868-COLW logical controller as it is now in a new location and the router is now using IP 192.168.8.xxx.

If i reset the KC868-COLW logical controller, how do i get access to the KC868-COLW logical controller to configure the WiFi to access this new SSID and IP? Do i need to connect to the KC868-COLW logical controller using a LAN Cable or i can use the built in WiFI. When i reset the KC868-COLW logical controller, what is the default SSID for me to access the configuration?

i know i have to use the Application VirCom but what IP should i use and port number? i was looking for the "How to setup KC868-COLW logical controller" on your website and i am not able to find it. Please help!

Hi,
I purchased a KC868-D8-Dimmer Controller and attached it to the network. Then I used the KBOX Smart App to control a lamp attached to Output-Channel 1. Then I wanted to use my switches to increase or decrease the brightness. Well, this is where the problem starts. I connected K1+ and K1- to switch one and K2+ and K2- to switch two as described on your page Dimmer Product Page, especially the diagram at https://www.kincony.com/images/KC868-D8/...mmer-6.png

Unfortunately, the controller does not react at all. It is just ignoring if I press the switch or not. Then I started some research and found your YouTube video
There you used 5 wires and not four. I do not exactly know how everything is connected 

I attached a photo of how I connected everything (test phase, no soldering used). Do you know what I am doing wrong?

the All On and All Off function of the switch board, will turn on all the 32 switches that is attached to the switch board,   but what if i like only switch 1 to switch 8 to turn on all at the same time and switch 9 to switch 16 to turn on and off at the same time, is this possible, how do we do it

Just setup my KC868-H16B and have it connected to my andriod phone I am looking at adding a scene which seems to give me the option of switching on but not off. What I am looking to do is switch on at a specific time and also switch off at a specific time. I am new to this so may be missing the obvious
