I can't control H32B 
It is not responding neither by terminal switchboard push button nor using ip address of controller.

I have a problem with the board... Channels 0, 3, 7, and 13 are always powered. 

I have disconnected everything from the board except the power and only in those 4 channels always have 24v at the output. 

Is it a board or programming problem? I think it's the board because the other outputs work fine...

What can I do?

After KC868_A64 update to KCS 2, there is probeb to stay online. 
Every time when I press SAVE button, I have to make the power restart to the A64 board. Without restart the board is offline, the device scaner does not see the A64 board. 
And sometimes Tuya app does not see the A64 board, then I have to make the power restart. 
I made a restart to my router and tried another router also.

What can be the problem?

Buna ziua! Cred că am o problemă cu licența Tuya. Încă folosește un KC868-A4 pe contul Tuya, iar acum nu pot adăuga noua placă KC868-A16 la programul Tuya pentru că nu o poate „vedea”. încă vede placa A4 în loc de A16. Doar Tuya nu funcționează. Din software-ul de pe laptop, îl vede ca pe o placă A16 și funcționează normal. Licența Tuya pentru A16 nu funcționează. Mentionez ca am 2 licente Tuya achizitionate Una pentru a4 si alta pentru a16. Când scanez codul QR pentru A16, aplicația încă introduce cardul A4, nu recunoaște A16. Am reinstalat aplicatia si acelasi rezultat: nu vrea A16    
Hello! I think I have a problem with the Tuya license. Still using a KC868-A4 on the Tuya account, and now I can't add the new KC868-A16 board to the Tuya program because it can't "see" it. still sees plate A4 instead of A16. Only Tuya does not work. From the software on the laptop it sees it as an A16 board and works normally. Tuya license for A16 does not work. I mention that I have 2 Tuya licenses purchased, one for a4 and another for a16. When I scan the QR code for the A16, the app still inserts the A4 card, not recognizing the A16. I reinstalled the application and the same result: it doesn't want A16    

1. make sure you can use your mobile phone app remote control your door lock.
2. Door lock supplier website registration developer account
3. after "approved" your developer account, will get a "client_id“，”client_secret"
4. Get access token
   
5. unlock door

What is the voltage range for the digital inputs?  I'm trying to use this in an automotive setting so it might see up to 18v at times.   

what about the main power input.  is 12v really the max here?

I programmed this scheme to control my H32B by apple homekit. for test, programmed a "light1" by homekit service node, and i can controll it by homkit app in my iphone, but the command doesnt reach the H32B. IS there a miss in the way that i should add???

I'm trying to integrate home assistant by windows OS.
I did all the steps as explained in this link : https://www.kincony.com/home-assistant-r...odule.html.

when i put the the command "hass --open-ui", i get the message " Home Assistant only supports Linux, OSX and Windows using WSL"!!!

what I might did wrong in the way?
